At Angel & Ivory we have two categories of postage for either small or large items that you purchase, or if you order multiple items then for small or large packages. As a general guide, smaller items include baby clothing, baby wraps, hair accessories etc. Kids backpacks, lunchboxes, baby slings, tents etc. are considered large items. If you purchase a combination of small and large items, then the large item delivery charge will apply.
We offer competitive delivery charges and all purchases are sent via Australian Post. Delivery charges are based on the size of the items/package you purchase and the delivery method you choose at checkout. We will endeavour to pack and send your purchase on the same or the next business day. As some of our items are hand made in Australia, or customised products, there may be a longer delivery time. If you purchase a combination of stocked and hand made items, a member of the Angel & Ivory team will make contact with you to let you know if the items will be sent separately.
We'd be delighted to send your purchases overseas if you or the recipient does not reside in Australia. We use Australia Post Air Mail, and as a guide the estimated time for delivery is within one to two weeks. Please note that some countries may apply taxes and duties on parcels, and recipient is responsible for any and all such extra charges that are not within our control. Please contact us for a shipping quote to the country of your residence.
Loss or damage in transit
Australia Post is a reliable mailing service, however mishaps do occur. All items are checked thoroughly before packaging with care. Should a package be delayed, arrive damaged or not at all, please contact us promptly by email or phone so we can discuss the issue. Angel & Ivory will not be held accountable for items that are damaged during transit. For this reason, we strongly recommend using registered or express post for its traceability and for the insurance offered. This will ensure that your items arrive safely and on time.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for any reason other than the item being damaged or faulty, you must pay for the freight and handling charges and we must receive the goods back in the original state, with proper tags still attached to the item, unworn and undamaged within 14 days. Please include a copy of your order when returning goods. Alternatively you may exchange goods at our Angel & Ivory store. If an exchange of the same item can not be made by Angel & Ivory then we reserve the right to issue a credit note for the value of the item which is valid for 3 months. Angel & Ivory reserves the right not to exchanges on sale items. For further information on Product Returns, please refer to Trade Practices Act Guidelines, which Angel & Ivory adheres to.

Credit notes or refunds will only be given on the item value; delivery charges are not refundable. An additional delivery cost will be charged for exchanged items. Please note: Sale items are not exchangeable, and all sales are final.
